Can you book me an appointment?
No. We have no access to practice appointments. Contact the practice directly.
Will my message reach my doctor?
No. Only we read messages sent from this page, so please do not send us your OIB, MBO or test results.
Is the practice taking new patients?
Only the practice can tell you. Contact them directly.
Which pharmacy is on duty now?
Open Pharmacies and choose your town. Pharmacies on duty carry a duty badge.
Something on a profile is wrong. What should I do?
Click "Report error" on that profile or use the form. We check every report by hand before changing anything.
Why is a phone number or opening hours missing?
We only publish details we have been able to verify. If you know the correct details, send them via "Report error".
How do I add, correct or remove a practice?
On the For profile owners page you can request a free standard profile, a correction or removal. We check every change against reliable sources.
Where does the information come from?
From official registers such as HZZO and NRPZZ, practice and health centre websites, and corrections you send us.
