Frequently asked questions
Why is a phone number incorrect?
We collect data from publicly available sources and registries. Practices sometimes change their phone number, and that change is not always updated immediately in every public database. If you notice an incorrect number, send it through the form above or use the “Report an error” button on the provider page. We will correct the information within 24 hours.
Why are some practices missing a phone number?
Some practices do not have a publicly available phone number in the registries we use. We are working on manually filling in missing data. If you know the number for a practice that does not have one listed, send it to us and we usually add it the same day.
Why does the distance look wrong, for example 50 km instead of 5?
Distance is calculated from the location reported by your browser. On desktop computers, the browser often uses the location of your internet provider rather than your real address, which can be off by many kilometres. Mobile accuracy is usually better because it can use GPS. For the most accurate result, use a mobile device with location enabled.
Why is my practice not listed?
We collect data gradually, city by city. It is possible that your practice has not been processed yet. Send us the details through the form and we can add it to the list free of charge, usually within 48 hours.
Where do ratings and reviews come from?
Ratings are taken from the Google Maps profile of each practice. They are reviews from real patients. We do not influence or filter ratings. If a practice does not have a Google profile or reviews, no rating is shown.
How accurate is the data?
We use a combination of public registries such as HZZO and chambers, plus publicly available information. Data still changes: opening hours, phone numbers and addresses. That is why every page has an error-reporting button. We manually check every report, and the site improves every day.
Is this website free?
Yes. mojausluga.hr is completely free for visitors and will remain free. Browsing practices, comparing ratings, contact details and distances are all available without registration.
What does “Featured” mean?
Featured practices are business users who chose better visibility on the site. Their details are manually checked and kept up to date. The “Featured” label does not affect Google ratings or rating-based sorting. When you sort by rating, everyone is shown by the same rating logic.

We are building this website to make it easier to find doctors, pharmacies and opening-hours information. But thousands of practices are hard to keep up to date without your help. When you tell us that someone’s phone number is wrong or that a practice no longer works at that address, it helps thousands of people who come after you. We really do read every message.
