- No prescription medicinesThis includes medicines reimbursed by the Croatian Health Insurance Fund (HZZO). Croatian law does not allow advertising them to the public.
- No claims to cure diseaseFood supplements may only use health claims approved in the EU.
- Always clearly labelledEvery ad carries an "Oglas" (Ad) or "Sponzorirano" (Sponsored) label and is kept separate from practice data.
